About me

I've been working as an event and meeting planner for companies in Sweden for over 20 years. I set up my own company in 2008 and since then  have been working independently.

I have worked for several years as a tour guide and travel companion.

I have also trained as a coach to guide and help people in need.

The spiritual world always caught my attention, and when I began my own path in shamanism, I felt I had found my place in the world. It helped me understand  that what I had always sensed was so close to me was actually taking shape. Since then, I have continued my training and internship with the Institute of Shamanic Studies (www.estudioschamanicos.com).

I teach workshops, offer healings, and other shamanic work.

Thanks to shamanism, I learned the importance of being connected to Nature, and it greatly helps me maintain balance.

In 2014, I walked my first Camino de Santiago, and since then, I've turned to the Camino when I need clarity, to work on detachment, relieve stress, and find peace and balance.

Each Camino is different, depending on my intention, the Camino I choose, and the people I meet along the way.
