Contact with nature is very important for our lives and health. Several scientific studies show that spending time in nature helps us cope with depression, anxiety, and stress, among other issues.

Nature helps and guides us every day, but we often don't realize it. The wisdom of indigenous peoples teaches us to have great respect for nature, to listen to it, and to communicate with it.

THE HEALING POWER OF NATURE​

Two-day Workshop

In today's society, there is a lot of talk about mental health: stress, depression, anxiety...

​

One of the most common pieces of advice for healing these types of illnesses is to connect with nature. We somehow sense that there's something very healing about nature.

​

But are we aware of how nature really helps us? Or could we delve deeper into it to better understand it?

​

We are going to spend two days in a natural setting to investigate why spending time in nature is good for your health.

​

We will look at some scientific findings and also at the shamanic and spiritual aspects. We will discuss the following topics: not necessary as repeated below;
